Support for automatically hyperlinking certain words/expresions in posts

In Admin section, provide cfgrid of words/expressions pointing to links, automatically hyperlinking those words/expressions (at runtime) in posts, in order to promote for search engine spiders, products and ideas you care about and want to promote.

I.E. "ColdFusion?" should always hyperlink to  http://http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/, or "Steve Novick" should always hyperlink back to  http://www.novickforsenate.org/ - but links are injected onrequest, in case  http://www.novickforsenate.org/ is replaced by  http://novick.senate.gov, for instance...

on second thought, more generically, support for replacing any specified string of text with anything else.

I.E. you might want ColdFusion? always replaced with <a href=" http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion">ColdFusion?</a>
